Housing Predicament.

First of all, I'm not a fan of my current apartment.  It's too small, it smells weird from time to time, the Landlord is crazy, and the closets aren't big enough to hold all of my clothing.  I've been trying to escape longer than I've lived there, but am tied to my stupid lease.

I am currently away on production in NYC and a few days ago I received the following email from my landlord:

"Dear Nicole,
My circumstances have changed and I will need to put your apt. up for sale in April.  If you would like to talk about the details, please stop by anytime.
Fondly, Lynda"

I will be away until March 15.  At first, I panicked.  Then, I rejoiced.  Then, I called her.  She said I don't have to leave immediately, she will just be showing the apartment from time to time until someone decides to purchase it.

Then, she asked me if I wanted to buy it.  For a good price.

Now I am considering that.
